"Room was very nice. The maid service seemed to have a language barrier. The maid knocked at the door about 10:30\. We were getting ready to leave to see a family member in the area. I told the room service to come back in 30 minutes. At the end of the day, upon our return, 8:00 pm .... the room had not been touched. My wife went to the front counter for fresh towels."
