You'll be 850 m from the Aquatic Center, a stone's throw from the chairlifts, 7 min walk from the STATION and close to bars, restaurants, ski rental services, ski schools, ski buses... It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, Umbrella bed to accommodate a child or baby and a second one with a sofa bed and a double bed on the mezzanine, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a BALCONY with garden set and a VIEW on the city of Briançon and the Valley. A Dauphin town, the seat of important fairs, it is the capital of the Escartons. Located at the convergence of five valleys - Haute-Durance, Guisane, Clarée, Ayes and Cerveyrette - the city of Briançon occupies a remarkable geographical situation. The radiating structure of these valleys offered the city very early on relatively easy access to the outside world: to Provence, Queyras, Isère, Drôme and present-day Italy.
