South-facing balcony (shaded in summer) with a beautiful view of the city and the peaks. It consists of an entrance serving the separate toilet, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. It has a well-equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 3-burner induction hob, fondue raclette set... This one opens onto the living room giving access to the balcony with panoramic view! Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed 160x200 and a mezzanine with a trundle bed or 2 single beds 90x200 perfectly modular into a double bed. Private parking space and garage available.
