Beautiful 42m², 3-star apartment, accommodating up to 4 people, located on the ground floor of a new residence on the hills of Briançon.  
Its south/west-facing terrace is pleasant and sunny!  
This bright one-bedroom apartment consists of:  
\- a main room with a double sofa bed opening onto the terrace,  
\- a well-equipped kitchen area: dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.,  
\- a separate bedroom with two 80x200cm single beds that can be easily converted into a 160x200cm double bed,  
\- a bathroom with shower,  
\- separate toilet and washing machine.  
Private cellar available.  
Free Wi-Fi access.  
Free street parking is available.  
  
Bicycles and skis are strictly prohibited in the common areas of the residence. A dedicated storage room is provided for this purpose.
