This spacious 90m² apartment can accommodate up to 8 people, is located on the 1st floor of a house on the heights of Briançon with the entrance on level -1.  
Exceptional view from east to west!  
It is composed of an entrance serving the bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, separate toilet, a first bedroom with double bed 140 and its private shower room, a second bedroom with double bed 160, a third bedroom with 2 single twin beds and bunk beds, \[hidden\] 4 single beds, a living room with TV and DVD player giving access to the balcony as well as to the kitchen, well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, raclette and fondue set...  
Private parking space in front of the front door of the house.  
Other free spaces are available in the street near the house.  
Possibility of garden on the ground floor. Our animal friends are not allowed. Please note, the fireplace is strictly decorative, it should not be used.

#### Schöne große Wohnung, tolle Lage mit Aussicht

Wir (2Paare) haben 3 Wochen Sommerurlaub dort verbracht. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Sauberkeit war nicht perfekt, aber voll ok. Das WLan ist ein bißchen langsam, aber wir waren sowieso viel draußen. Rafting, klettern, wandern, Motorrad fahren, baden. Das Stadtzentrum und Supermarkt, Bäcker ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Agentur ist freundlich und kommunikativ. Ein super Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder.

#### Appartamento da evitare

L’appartamento ci ha molto deluso. È rimasto fermo negli anni 80, senza fare un minimo di manutenzione, con apparecchi e impianto elettrico a mio parere totalmente fuori norma (almeno in Italia). Tutto sistemato alla belle e meglio. Addirittura un lampadario rotto in una delle camere da letto. Al nostro arrivo, tra l’altro, abbiamo trovato la casa molto sporca…davanzali con tre dita di polvere, balcone pieno di polvere e terra, vetri sporchissimi, polvere sui letti, alcune lenzuola non proprio pulite…un secchio con gli stracci bagnati dei pavimenti abbandonato in casa….veramente assurdo. Spendere più di 700€ per 3 notti, in una bettola, è senza senso. Almeno le ragazze dell’agenzia, si sono dimostrate molto gentili e disponibili!

Appart spacieux, bien distribué et ensoleillé avec une belle vue du balcon-terrasse. Toutes commodités bien qu'il manque un peu de vaisselle. Literie très moyenne pour le lit en 160.
