Enjoy stunning views of the Brian Head Ski Runs from this spacious one-bedroom retreat that comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The condo features a large, open kitchen, perfect for preparing meals after a day on the slopes, and a cozy fireplace for relaxing evenings. 703 Sq Ft | Built in 1984 | Cozy and Comfortable | Great Outdoor Amenities MAIN LIVING SPACE Step into this cozy and inviting condo, offering an open layout that combines comfort and function. The living space is perfect for relaxation, with a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room and plenty of natural light streaming through large windows. After a day of adventure, kick back on the sofa and enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV, or simply unwind by the fireplace. KITCHEN & DINING The spacious large open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up your favorite meals. With modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware and utensils provided, meal prep is a breeze. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, with seating for everyone. OUTDOOR LIVING Take advantage of the outdoor patio, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening relaxation. Guests also have access to shared amenities, including a Jacuzzi and Sauna, ideal for unwinding after a long day of exploring. BEDROOM & BATHROOM Master Bedroom: King-size bed and Twin Bunk Beds Living Room: Queen Sofa Sleeper BATHROOM: full bathroom with a tub/shower combo 4wd and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present. \- No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises \- No pets allowed \- No events, parties, or large gatherings \- Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed.
