It does not cover damage that is willful, the result of negligence, or damage caused by the misuse of household items. It also doesn't cover unreported damage. SkyRun doesn't charge our guests a refundable damage deposit in lieu of the waiver. Beds are very comfortable. The downstairs couch in front of the fireplace was not very comfortable. The upstairs couch was better but that is where the kids were so we avoided it. The tv has so many options that it was difficult to navigate to a channel that we wanted. We are used to normal cable tv where the guide shows all the normal channels. However, overall it was a 5 star. ##### David T.
