Don’t miss this beautifully remodeled one bedroom/one bathroom condo located just steps from 2 ski lifts, the community park, fishing pond, and a ski shop with rentals and lots of available activities!! This well cared for condo sleeps 4 and is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, and a hallway bathroom with a tile walk-in shower. You will feel right at home relaxing by the fire, playing games, or watching TV in this condo’s comfortable living room with pull out sofa bed and WiFi. The private bedroom also has a queen bed, an additional fold away mattress, and plenty of dresser and closet space to unpack your bags and stay a while! While we know you’ll enjoy everything this condo offers on the inside, we think you’ll love it’s location to Brian Head’s mountain activities just as much. The condo complex is located just steps away from not just one but TWO ski lifts (Lift 8 & Lift 1) providing easy access to Utah’s famous powder on both sides of the Brian Head Mountain Ski Resort during the prime winter months (see resort website for current mountain conditions and lift operations) The condo complex provides parking just outside the front door, onsite coin operated laundry facilities, outdoor gas fire ring, horse shoe pits, sauna, and a community room with games, a pool table, and ping pong. The community park located just outside the complex entrance is a great place for sledding and building snowmen in the winter and during the summer months the park provides opportunities for fishing, kayaking, a playground, basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts as well as a large cover picnic area. Brian Head and the surrounding areas are full of amazing activities to soak up the outdoors year round. The resort offers chair lift service during the winter months for snow sports and during summer months for it’s growing mountain bike park, frisbee golf course, and hiking. They also offer a wide variety of other fun activities at the base of the mountain during both seasons as well as a calendar of events throughout the entire year. Local Brian Head businesses offer retail, adventure tours, rental equipment, and a few great places to grab a bite to eat! It is very comfortable for two people, and convenient for skiing Brian Head. Just a short walk (1-2 min) to the #8 chair. Kitchen is well set up if you want to cook. The property manager was very responsive and communicative. We experienced a record snowfall while we were there and the property has a worker that cleared the walkways, driveway and parking lot. He was courteous and hard working. This property is also serviced by the free town shuttle. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it! ##### Marianne M. The HOA was very good at snow removal. The listing advertised a hot tub, but they are renovating and so there was no hot tub, which was a bummer after a day of skiing. Brian Head’s chair 8 is directly behind the condo and just a couple minutes walk from your front door. Parking spot is mere feet from the front door - makes for easy loading and unloading. Living room is cozy and kitchen is well equipped (coffeemaker and Keurig, note: no dishwasher). Communication with owner was seamless and the property was very clean. ##### Vivian F. It's small, but is updated and was just right for us. The location is very close to chair 8, however it's not as easy to get back (especially if you are new to skiing/snowboarding, which someone in our group was). I can see how this would be perfect for ski season. Also super close to the market, pizza place and coffee shop. Very convenient and easy parking right in front of the unit So, basically, there was an issue or two but Joe was super responsive and I can see why this place gets such high reviews, he definitely cares and will do what he can to resolve any problems.
