Private Beach Access, Great Family Get Away.

Footsteps away from one of the most beautiful PRIVATE beaches in cape cod bay. You have access to Pilgrim Pines’ neighborhood private beach. Fabulous spot for families and friends to enjoy. The flats of Cape Cod bay are like none other! You’ll love relaxing at the house after playing all day at the beach and soaking in the Cape Cod air. The flats of the bay are a PERFECT place for kids and families to run around and play. The house has been in the family since it was built, and was just renovated in 2018. Brand new kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, flooring, outdoor shower, and family room. 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom upstairs and the same 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom downstairs. Great for 2 families to share. Get ready for a great get away!

Also a mooring is available upon request.

Loved this house on the bay side

This was a perfect house for our three generations. The owners provided a lot of toys, books and games for the little ones, and up-to-date furnishings for the grown-ups. We'll probably rent it again.

Nauset Trail

The property was clean and had plenty of space for all 7 adults. Kitchen was stocked with everything on needed. Easy walk to beach. Used equipment from shed- beach chairs, etc. Would recommend to anyone.

3 Generation Vacation

We had an amazing time at this cozy Brewster cottage. We loved the short walk to the beautiful beach and the kids enjoyed running through the tidal pools at low tide. We sat around the fire pit and made s’mores one night. The “take one, leave one” mini fridge was a nice surprise for the adults. Overall, a perfect vacation.

Brewster is a great little town that is close to everything. This house was just 2 blocks to a private beach. House was exactly as described. They also included everything you need for a day at the beach. Loved this place and will be back. Thanks!

A well-loved beach home nestled in a quiet, private community. This property offers on-site comfort, short strolls to the beach, and central access to other Cape adventures. Christmas on the Cape was therapeutic to say the least. Highly recommend!

Comfortable home in lovely location

The Brewster flats are a wonder, full of marine life, and the proximity to beach from this comfortable home made our week special and relaxing. We also enjoyed the backyard fire pit, hammock, and deck - along with the wildlife - countless birds, chipmunks, squirrels, rabbits . It is so easy to enjoy the outdoors here. Thank you!

When the hot cape cod air is too much you can relax in the AC. Our 2 year old loved sleeping in the "boat bed". Quick short walk to the Brewster flats where you can walk our for miles and fish the incoming tide. Great Place all around.

Great stay!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the Brewster Beach house with some of our Friends and family! The beach sunsets were amazing and the house was perfect with everything we needed. Communication with the owners was easy & informative allowing the check-in / out process to be simple as can be. Can't wait to return!

Wonderful!

This lovely home provided us with the perfect little get away. The short walk to the beach allowed us to easily go back and forth many times a day, and the home’s proximity to other Cape attractions made it easy to head out for day trips. It’s a very clean and updated home, and we were very comfortable there. It’s obvious that the owners love this house, as it is very well taken care of. My only “issue” was that a previous guest left the grill very dirty. This is no reflection on the owners, just mentioning it so that maybe others in the future won’t be “that guy”.

Easy check in and check out. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed- great because we made many meals in the house. All the beach equipment made it easy on our packing since it was all already here- super convenient. This vacation was perfect for our family!

Family Fun

This property is wonderful for families. It is stocked with everything you'll need from the kitchen to the shed full of beach chairs and toys...with a beach wagon to walk to the bay beach, which is less than a 5 minute walk. ( During this Covid-19 summer, I should mention that the house is spotless, and the uncrowded area is very safe with people observing distancing and wearing masks.)

So quiet and close to the water

We stayed here for Thanksgiving, such a nice and quiet part of the Cape, yet close to everything. The beach is just steps away and the house has everything for people to spread out and relax.

Wonderful 3 generation gathering at this updated vaction home

We found everything our 3 generation group needed in this beautifully renovated vacation home. Beach buggy and chairs made for an easy short walk to enjoy the private bay beach. Host was welcoming and very responsive by e-mail.
