Take a stroll down the street in this beautiful area of Brewster to a variety of places, including Kate’s Seafood, Luke’s Liquor, Dunkin’ Donuts, Cape Cod Museum of Natural History, and a variety of lovely shops. Return home from your activities and relax with a cocktail on the huge deck in our private back yard (plenty of seating for everyone), or let the hammock rock you to sleep. You can’t beat the location of this house. While the house is well maintained on the inside, the outdoor space was not as well kept as other properties we’ve stayed at. We had deer in the yard almost every morning along with the bunnies! We had stayed on Spring Lane many times over the years as our friends owned the house across the street, so we were familiar with the area. We really liked this little house for a week stay on the Cape. Yard is big and balcony outside is nice. Have to get around in a car but we were able to walk to the beach. It would be more practical to have two bathrooms (only had one bathroom on the main floor). It was ok for us as we were only 3 people but if we were 8 people it would have been more complicated). The managers were kind to give us a 2 hour extension on check out as it was Easter Sunday. I was surprised at the number of extra charges ("owners fee" and four lines of taxes) that took the total from $267 per night to $564!! That doesn't include security deposit and fees for my dog. Just be aware of this! Overall, a nice stay. ##### Mindy C. We could walk to the beach from the cottage. The property was great and the house was lovely. The current owners have updated and simplified the furnishings and the management company is pleasant, professional and responsive. We appreciated having the beds made up upon arrival. the linens were fresh and clean. The home has just about everything you’d need to enjoy your stay in this area. ##### Patti R.
