Beautiful newly renovated cape located in the heart of Brewer across the street from the park. Private deck with BBQ grill and backyard fire pit. Quiet friendly neighborhood with private back yard. Great safe neighborhood. Close to Bangor waterfront concerts, and many restaurants, a hour drive to Bar Harbor and costal areas. Local grocery stores minutes away. Great spot you won't be disappointed.
