It was convenient for walking to lots of locations, was beautiful and comfortable, well-equipped, clean, and exactly as described. The beds, linens and furniture were all very comfortable, and there was enough room for everyone to have their own bed. For me personally, my only feedback would be that the thermostats did not seem to allow us to lower the temperature below 70 degrees, and a supply of K-cups would have been much appreciated. Had we known for sure that the coffee pot had the capacity to make coffee with K-cups, we would have all brought our own. Literally, that is all I can think of that would have made our stay better. The living area was sufficient for the 4 adults staying together. I have no idea how 12 would have managed. We had a terrible time with the streaming service.
