Extra security being in a gated community, plus peace of mind being able to garage our car in the evening was an unexpected plus. We were very happy with our choice and will return! Everyone I communicated with by email, phone and text was super supportive. We were very impressed with information and responsiveness. Definitely a 1st class operation. They should explain how that works a little more in depth especially to people arriving after the guard at the south gate leaves for the day. It’s tricky to turn around In the driveway but we found out the hard way that’s it’s best to go out of the driveway front first. I suggest the owners demarcate the hump with some yellow paint so people know not to back over it. We found a great body shop that was able to reattach the bumper in less than a day.
