Parking Details: \- There are two parking spots located in the front of Bear’s Place. \- Additional parking can be found alongside the property down a gravel driveway. \- Please limit the number of cars on the property to three. \--- The room configurations are as follows: Primary Bedroom / Queen Bedroom 2 / Full Living Room / Queen-Size Sleep Sofa \--- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. The hot tub was perfect. The location is off the beaten path so if you do not have a jeep or something with a little bit more power, it will be a problem. I had a jeep so no issues. Great surroundings. It is very private. But if you have a fear of sitting in a hot tub in an area that is inhabited by wildlife, this is not the place for you. We did not see any but you know they are around. I plan to book this cabin again. Also having the gas grill was amazing. We wanted to be close to downtown Brevard because of the cute downtown shops and tasty restaurants, but also because of the beautiful waterfalls and hiking trails nearby. We loved the homes modern features, hot tub, and privacy. It was the perfect size for the two of us, while also offering all the amenities we needed for the weekend. The only drawback was the property was a little difficult to find in the dark, but this was probably due to new construction and some current road work in the area. Once we were out and about the next morning, coming and going was a breeze. We also had a small situation arise shortly after arrival and the property managers immediately responded when we reached out. We had a great time and hope to be back soon! ##### Lydia L.
