« Hotel located on a nice place with a view. Personal is efficient and friendly. Breakfast is excellent. Decorations needs refreshments to be updated. Parking invoiced ( even at 3 euros per day) is not acceptable for such a location. Nevertheless we can only recommend this hotel. »

La réception était ouverte 24h/24 malgré ce que disait la description de l'hôtel (et impossible d'appeler pour confirmer, on tombait sur un répondeur plein). »

« Das späte Einchecken hat sehr gut funktioniert. Das Hotel ist zwar nicht neu aber in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr sauber. Als am Abreisetag der Mitarbeiter des Frühstücksservices verschlafen hatte, ist der Eigentümer selber in seinen Betrieb gekommen und hat ein vollwertiges Frühstück aufgebaut. Natürlich hat das einige Zeit gedauert und die Abreise der Gäste hat sich dadurch verzögert. Trotzdem muss der persönliche Einsatz des Gastgebers gewürdigt werden, denn dieses unternehmerische...

"Zimmer und Wellness Bereich sind sehr schön und das Personal sehr freundlich und vorkommend. Nur das WLAN war extrem schlecht und total unwürdig für ein BW Plus Plaza Hotel mit so vielen Seminar-Räume. Ich war auf der 4\. Etage und konnte nicht am Laptop arbeiten. Sehr frustrierend und enttäuschend… Dabei hatte ich so viel zu tun."
