The HOA professionally plows the private road, although weather conditions may still affect driving. Trash and Recycling \-You can leave trash and single-stream recycling in the unit at the end of your stay. Your rental includes disposal of your trash after your stay. It seemed that it just had been renovated, everything was brand new. A very comfortable house and the company that manages it, is wonderful to deal with.
