Our kids ranged from 3 months to ten years old. The convenience was PERFECT, enabling us to easily return to warm up or grab lunch, switch out caring for the littlest kids, or grab dry gear. The functioning fireplace was awesome and made the condo very cozy. We were a group of 15 - 6 adults and 9 kids and we had plenty of space! The property manager was incredible responsive to all of our questions pre check in. We enjoyed our morning coffee with gorgeous Mountain Views and would definitely return. They were helpful and accommodating. The layout of this unit is fabulous, views were gorgeous and it was so nice to have a ski in/ski out. The only areas that I felt could be improved on were general cleanliness (like bath mats and blankets on couches could have used a laundering,). The couches and carpets are also pretty worn out. Also, they had a ton of games but they were all missing about half the pieces, making them unusable.
