Trailers or RVs may not be parked at any property without permission. Excess vehicles may be towed. \-Access from parking to the front door requires climbing several steps. \-The property is situated in a quiet mountain setting, accessible via scenic town roads and a private, HOA-maintained dirt/packed gravel road. Access is easy in warmer months. In winter, especially during or after snowfall, conditions can be more challenging. An AWD/4WD vehicle and/or snow tires are strongly recommended. The HOA professionally plows the private road, although weather conditions may still affect driving. Trash and Recycling You can leave trash and single-stream recycling in the unit at the end of your stay. Your rental includes disposal of your trash after your stay. Aug 10, 2025 #### Perfect location and stay We loved our time at our rental. We were traveling with 4 young kids and they loved picking a game each night from the game cupboard. Plenty of beds to pick from (bonus they were all super comfy). Plenty of towels for our stay. It got a little hot during the day, but quickly cooled down with the windows open once the sun went down.
