Ideally located in a residence 200 m from the Marais Girard beach, this cottage comprises: a direct entrance into a living room with a relaxation area (sofa + coffee table + TV), dining area (table + chairs) and fitted and equipped kitchen (induction hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine).  
Ground floor: bedroom with double bed (140cm) and wardrobe.  
A shower room (shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail) with WC inside (but separated by a door).  
A mezzanine opening onto the living room and under the eaves (with 2 roof windows): 2 sofa beds (one BZ and one sofa bed) + storage space.  
The living room opens onto a lovely south-facing patio with garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, charcoal barbecue and electric awning.  
Private parking space.  
  
You'll love the pleasant, sunny patio where you can enjoy your meals, the comfortable layout and equipment of this cottage and, above all, the ideal location of the residence, just a few minutes' walk from the Marais Girard district with its beach, children's play area and restaurants. Immediate proximity to the cycle path.  
  
Pets not allowed. Sheets and household linen not provided. Tourist tax not included.  
End-of-stay cleaning optional (+60€), to be booked at the agency.  
A cleaning deposit may be required.  
Deposit: 350€ BY BANK CARD ONLY.
