Die Wohnung liegt in einem alten Olivenhain ca. 50m über dem Gardasee. Zur ersten Bademöglichkeit sind es nur ca. 200m und der neue Seeufer Radweg führt hier genau entlang. Man kann von hier wunderbar nach Malcesine radeln oder die vielen kleinen Orte besichtigen, ein Traum. Der bisher fertiggestellte Seeuferweg ist ca. 25 km lang. Malcesine, Garda und Bardolino sind nicht weit entfernt. Der Ausblick und die Ausstattung waren top. Wünschenswert wären ein Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine.
