It is located in a family-run establishment, that includes three apartments, surrounded by a large garden, in a quiet area, away from traffic and in contact with ancient olive groves fields, suitable for those who like relaxation and nature. The apartment, on the first floor and just renovated, complete with every comfort, and with a private garage, consists of: kitchen with oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, utensils, coffee machine, toaster, dish cloths, dish soap and sponges; living area with sofa bed (2 places), bed chair, flat screen satellite TV and 32 inches, Wifi internet connection with excellent signal throughout the apartment, air conditioning (works from 5pm to 6am) and a wooden ceiling which makes the house very cozy. bedroom with double bed, a big wardrobe, nightstands and mirror; bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, sink, hairdryer and supply of toilet paper and liquid hand soap; small closet; a big balcony with beautiful lake view and two new awnings; private garage, connected directly to the apartment. In the apartment you find informations, maps and useful tips to guide you to discover the area and the best restaurants and pizzeria in the area. In a room adjacent to the apartment there are a washing machine, iron and ironing board available to all apartments Prima Luce. The owners will always be present for the check in and the check out and live in the same apartment facility and are therefore always available during the stay. The location is ideal as a starting point for hiking or biking in the vast territory of Brenzone, and just 5 minutes walk you can reach the beaches to practice various sports such as swimming, sailing, kite surfing, windsurfing, sup. Nearby you can find supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, tobacco shops, pharmacies, laundry service, bus and ferry, and tennis courts. Only 4 km from Malcesine with its charming old town and the castle Scala. With the cable car you can easily reach the summit of Monte Baldo to enjoy breathtaking views. Die Vermieter Stefania und Marco waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und insbesondere die Küche gut ausgestattet. The apartment has a private parking space, a balcony with sunscreens and a spacious living room. The apartment is very clean and the hosts are very helpful. The balcony allows for dinner with lake-view. The apartment is well-maintained and the kitchen is well-equipped. Thanks to Stefania and Marco for hosting us. ##### Arjan S. Die Wohnung entspricht absolut der Beschreibung und ist hervorragend eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, modern und sehr sauber. Die Umgebung ist absolut ruhig und sehr erholsam. Marco und Stefania sind tolle Gastgeber, man bekommt immer Antwort und auch gute Tipps, was man Unternehmen kann. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist wie beschrieben und nah am Wasser. Aufgrund des Gepäcks sind wir mit dem Auto zum nahegelegenen Strand gefahren , welchen man aber per Fuß gut erreicht. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Sie liegt zentral zu vielen Einkaufs,- Speise und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. ##### Christin S. Die Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgebern Marco und Stefania verlief völlig problemlos und immer freundlich sowie hilfsbereit. Danke! Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung, war gemütlich und sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden. Zum See ist es nicht weit - zu Fuß 5 Minuten bergab durch den Ort. ##### Rita K. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Stefania und Marco sind ganz liebe Gastgeber. Von Sommavilla aus konnten wir mit den Fahrrädern in beide Richtungen unterwegs sein. Malcesine hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen - von dort aus konnten wir Bootsfahrten unternehmen und den Monte Baldo mit der Seilbahn erreichen. ##### Bernd W. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Besonders positiv zu erwähnen ist die ruhige Lage, tolle Aussicht auf Berge und See sowie die äußerst gastfreundlichen Vermieter, welche immer gute Ausflugstipps parat haben.
