It is located in a family-run establishment, Appartamenti Prima Luce, that includes three apartments, surrounded by a large garden, in a quiet area, away from traffic and in contact with ancient olive groves fields, suitable for those who like relaxation and nature. The apartment, on the 3° floor, ideal for 4 people, just renoveted and complete with every comfort, consists of : kitchen with oven,induction hob, fridge, freezer, utensils, coffee machine, toaster, dish cloths and dish soap and sponges ; living area with sofa bed (2 places), bed chair, flat screen satellite Tv and 32 inches, Wifi internet connection with excellent signal throughout the apartment and air conditioning (it works from 5pm to 6am); bedroom with double bed and big wardrobe, nightstands and mirror; bedroom with two single beds and nightstands; bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, sink, hairdryer and supply of toilet paper and liquid hand soap; small closet; balcony with lovely lake view; big rooftop terrace with wonderful lake and mountain view with a big new awning; private parking place. In the apartment you find informations, maps and useful tips to guide you to discover the area and the best restaurants and pizzerias in the area. In a room adjacent to the apartment there are a washing machine, iron and ironing board available to all apartments Prima Luce. The owners will always be present for the check in and the check out and live in the same apartment facility and are therefore always available during the stay. The location is ideal as a starting point for hiking or biking in the vast territory of Brenzone, and just 5 minutes walk you can reach the beaches to practice various sports such as swimming, sailing, kite surfing, windsurfing, sup . Nearby you can find supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, tobacco shops, pharmacies, laundry service, bus and ferry, and tennis courts. Only 4 km from Malcesine with its charming old town and the castle Scala. Die Terrasse und der seitliche Balkon bieten zu jeder Tageszeit einen beeindruckenden Blick auf den See. Diese Wohnung hat allen erdenklichen Komfort und ist gut durchdacht. Fahrräder können verschlossen eingestellt werden und das Auto steht auf einem abgeschlossenen Parkplatz. Die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit, vermitteln dem Gast herzlich willkommen zu sein und machen super leckeres Olivenöl. Steht in der Küche auch zur Verfügung. Von Sommavilla aus kann man ideal den oberen Teil des Gardasees entdecken. Für den unteren Bereich muss man über die Gardesana schleichen... ##### Kirsten T. Die Aussicht ist, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, traumhaft! Auch der Blick in den Olivengarten und das Dorf ist sehr schön. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und funktionell ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz ist sicher und perfekt, unsere Fahrräder konnten wir bequem in einer großen Garage abstellen. Der Weg zum Strand ist steil aber war zu Fuß machbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Sehr sauberes, gepflegtes Haus und Garten. Schlafzimmer gut abzudunkeln, die Klimanlage in der Nacht haben wir nicht gebraucht - Querlüften ging gut. Stefania und Marco sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstes empfehlen! ##### Annegret F. Wohnung und Objekt waren sehr sauber. Ausstattung der Wohnung eher einfach, aber es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön, groß, geräumig und ein wunderbarer freier Blick auf den gesamten See. - einfach toll! ##### Anja S. Funktional ausgestattete, sehr saubere Wohnung mit einer sensationellen Dachterrasse, auf der ein garantiert schöner Urlaubstag mit einem Frühstück beginnen kann. Hinzu kommen noch sehr nette und äußerst bemühte Vermieter, da bleiben kaum noch Wünsche offen. ##### Roger N. Das junge Ehepaar war sehr gut hilfsbereit, die Ehefrau Stefania spricht sehr gut deutsch. Im Mai ist das genau die richtige Lage am Garda, weil die Sonne noch bis abends auf die Dachterasse scheint. Für Ausflüge rund um den See perfekter Standort ohne Touristenrummel bei dennoch nahe gelegenen Restaurants. ##### Christof S. La struttura è nuovissima, accogliente, con una vista ed una tranquillità impagabili. Marco e Stefania sono ottimi host, presenti per ogni necessità ma assolutamente mai invadenti.
