« The house was very clean and close to downtown Nashville. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. Suggestions: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom; extra towels; new batteries for TV and fan remotes. There was some police activity across the street one evening, but we never felt unsafe. Overall, we had a great stay and a very fun trip to Nashville! »

« We were 8 moms and 8 girls in town for a club soccer tournament. The house was the perfect fit. Everything we needed was there. It’s a lovely property and was conveniently located for us between Franklin and Brentwood soccer games. A few negatives… the carpet in the guest house is in desperate need of cleaning or even replacement. One of the rooms on the lower level of the main house has something going on with the electrical. « We had 19 people staying here, we rented units 10 & 11! We had 9 couples and one single person and the accommodations were perfect! We highly recommend! The location was great, close to everything! Extremely clean and the host was easy to get ahold of! Check in was a breeze! Stocked with so much! Extras of everything, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee etc! Just bring your food and drinks, they have everything else! Roof top was awesome! »

« This place was nice and cozy. Felt more like an apartment. However, there was a lot of dust on the walls. Whenever we went to take the couch bed out there was a lot of crumb and even a sewing pin up under the mattress. »

« This hotel is super close to Broadway and other amazing go to places in Nashville. We loved that we could take a 2 minutes walk and already be on Broadway. They also upgraded us to a more spacious room that was extremely nice. The neighborhood also felt really safe for us two girls. Can’t recommend enough!! »
