All great except for basic supplies

This property was lovely, well furnished and in a great location. The check-in procedure was confusing (having to do on-line and worrying about late check-in with absolutely no response from owners when phone numbers were called and messages left). Really poor communication interface. No one ever calls back. Otherwise, the only complaint is a very low level of basic supplies -one roll of toilet paper for a week long rental! Three dishwasher pods, three laundry pods. Three tiny shampoo packets. Four pans, very few pieces of silverware. It could be such a nice place if a little hospitality was shown with supplies. Especially for longer stays like ours.

Nice, but parking is ridiculous

The condo itself was very nice and clean. We arrived to the condo after 10pm. There were no lights at the entrance door or the stairwell. This made it difficult to access the keys. It was very dark unloading and carrying items up the stairs, not to mention not very safe. We stayed for 4 nights and saw the lights on twice. The pictures posted were accurate except for the shipyard/water view. The views were of the ferry ticket entrance (no water), tall buildings on the shipyard, and the side of a sports bar. The condo itself was on top of an Express Restaurant and beside a Sports Bar. Another bar next to the Sports Bar. The Restaurant below was not noisy but the bars next to it were. From the bedroom, you could hear the cars & people below and the ferry horn. Minor issues included: wifi going out atleast once a day from the tv, the a/c unit remote in front room said battery was low, and we only had towels for 2 guests when we reserved for 3. Our biggest issue was PARKING. We found no free parking. Street parking was 1hr parking only. A block away was a parking garage, $16 day. Another parking lot was 4 or 5 blocks away for less. Definitely not ideal. Overall, I gave it a 3. We needed a place to stay while visiting family and the condo was nice. All the little issues and parking added extra expenses we were not expecting.
