Let the sunlight stream in through large windows overlooking Pacific Avenue, Downtown Bremerton and the Puget Sound Navy Museum. You'll have endless opportunities for people watching while you relax in this cozy and bright space. This is a new building and the condo is outfitted with upscale furnishings, featuring a plush couch and two comfy arm chairs, a large flat-screen television, and coffee table. The open concept space allows a breezy flow from one living space to another, which includes a dining area and kitchen with a full suite of appliances, including a new refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher. MORE ABOUT ROXY CONDO #203 The bedroom has a large sliding privacy door as well as an entrance door on the kitchen side giving access from both sides of the room. A comfortable queen-sized bed is roomy enough for two and a third person can be accommodated on the couch in the living room. The walk-in closet has plenty of space for your wardrobe, but if you need extra storage room, there is also a large closet near the front door for your extra items. There is a convenient stacked washer/dryer in the hallway for that last-minute load of laundry and in the bathroom you'll find a shower/tub combo, clean towels and a well-lit vanity. While there is no parking available on the property, you'll find several convenient public parking lots within two blocks of the condo. ABOUT BREMERTON What's best about Bremerton? Maybe it's the ferry options into Seattle; either one hour or the 30-minute fast ferry that makes for a perfect commute to Downtown Seattle? Or maybe it's the close proximity to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard adjacent to the town?
