Arriving at the appartment it was already full and had to stay elsewhere. Unfortunately everything closeby was full and had to sleep in my car with my family. It was clear that they received my booking as I saw my name in the agenda, but it was crossed out. They told me hotels.com cancelled the booking. Hotels.com didn't do that and the appartment owner told to Hotels.com that they never received this booking. One complete lie.
