Newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. One parking space in the garage. Shared ski storage room. No smoking. Pets not allowed. HOUSE DESCRIPTION Pra d'Sura is an apartment building located at the entrance to Maloja. There is a small grocery shop in the village. LOCATION DESCRIPTION On the border with Italian-speaking Switzerland, visitors appreciate the uncomplicated atmosphere, the spirit of famous painters and the nature and culture of a mountain pass landscape. As the starting point of the Engadin Ski Marathon, Maloja is a mecca for cross-country skiers. In addition, the pony lift and the Aela panoramic ski lift, right on the doorstep of the village, still retain their traditional character. Individualists appreciate this tranquillity. Parents with children use it to improve their stem turns or celebrate their return to the slopes after a long break. But it's not just winter sports enthusiasts who feel at home in this natural setting.
