You will find a 2-room apartment spanning 55 square meters on the 9th floor, offering a south-west facing position. The apartment has been fully renovated in 2021 and features comfortable and modern furnishings. The entrance hall includes a separate WC and electric heating. The open living/dining room boasts a panoramic window with a sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a dining table, digital TV, and international TV channels. It also provides access to the balcony. There is one double bedroom with a double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and an exit leading to the balcony. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The property also features a shower/WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment offers a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. These include a hair dryer, internet (WiFi, free), and a reserved parking space, number 79 (for 1 car).
