Gelegen in een zeer verzorgde, rustige residentie. Alles is voorzien in het appartement. Voelt ruim aan en veel lichtinval. Enige minpunt vind ik de eetkamer stoelen, die zijn aan vervanging toe. Ligging is perfect voor uitstappen en supermarkt en bakker zijn ook niet veraf. Veel aandacht besteed aan de inrichting en ook de open keuken is goed gefaciliteerd. Voor strand en zee liefhebbers heeft het een ideale ligging. Recht voor het gebouwencomplex is het 200 mtr. naar het strand. Voor als je een hond bij hebt, rechts tegenover het gebouwencomplex ligt een park waar je kunt wandelen met je viervoeter. Een minpunt is het parkeerbeleid in Bredene. Gezellig ingericht, voldoende ruimte, alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig en rustig gelegen.
