Die NOVASOL-Kontaktdaten für Reklamationen sind kaum zu finden (Tel: 49 40 23 885 982, email: novasol@novasol.de); verzögert sich dadurch die Reklamation im Urlaub, wird auf die AGB verwiesen. Das Service-Büro vor Ort hilft nicht, sondern spielt auf Zeit. Zur Unterkunft BVA502: Der Geschirrspüler ist seit Juni 2024 defekt und wurde bis 3.8.24 nicht repariert.
