How does this sound: a lovely, wooded setting, a comfortable upscale home, a private hot tub, and sleeping for up to eight? It’s in a laid-back mountain setting, but it’s only a 10-minute drive to Main Street Breckenridge and the slopes. You’re also close to lots of trails for snowshoeing a Nordic skiing and in the summer, hiking and mountain biking. It’s a great choice for you and your family and friends! This premium 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is one of just two residences that share a single wall and a common driveway, offering the feel of a private single-family home with added privacy compared to a duplex or townhome. It easily accommodates groups of up to eight – and since two bedrooms are suites with private bathrooms, it’s also great for two couples or families to share. The living area features vaulted ceilings and large windows for a spacious, airy feel. There’s also a flat-screen Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and plenty of seating. Just outside, there’s a large, tree-lined deck with nice seating options and a gas grill. In the kitchen, you’ll find large counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to whip up everything from après-ski snacks to memorable holiday meals. There’s seating for up to eight at the dining table and two at the counter. Downstairs, there’s a family room with more seating, a large wet bar/counter area, and another gas fireplace and flat-screen Smart TV. And outside on the lower patio, there’s a large hot tub for soaking and relaxing! Other amenities include a laundry room with washer and dryer, a two-car garage, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. It was the perfect size for a great family ski trip (4 adults and 1 child). Not too far from Breckenridge. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Kitchen was big enough to cook and enough nice dinners after long days of skiing. The only items we didn't have in the kitchen were storage bags or containers to put our leftovers in so one will need to purchase those if you plan to stay there. The mountain views from the house were just as we imagined. The hot tub and fireplaces made it very relaxing and cozy. It is always nice to have a washer and dryer on site, so you don't have to over pack. We would recommend this place to any family and would plan to rent again. The pictures on the listing were accurate. My only issue is I thought it was a home not a duplex but it was still very beautiful and spacious. Check in was a breeze and communication was open. My only complaints are the beds were a little firm for me and the tv's were older. We tried to watch the Tyson fight but could not get it to stream so we used a laptop instead.
