Good location with great views

The property is in a good location with easy access to Main Street with all its attractions. It is well stocked with essentials and beds are comfortable. The view of the mountains is unobstructed and great! The only critiques I might make would be that it would be nice to have access to regular cable, with the ability to watch the different news and sports channels. The windows on the main level could use cleaning and the back of the units where you park, could use some sprucing up with fresh paint. It could also use sweeping, as well. Despite those few items, though, this unit has a great location and view.

Location is great, with a beautiful view

Really enjoyed the central location of this property - walk to everything! Hot tub was nice with a gorgeous view but fairly open to neighboring properties as decks were connected. The property itself could use a bit of refresh - carpet could use cleaning or replacement. Also the ceiling fans were not enough to cool things off in upper BR even with window open at night and auxiliary mini fan we packed along- we were hot and sweaty and had a hard time sleeping. Could not get any normal TV stations (my husband was disappointed as he had to watch the US open golf tourney on his iPad). Management company was great with excellent communication. Overall a decent stay but I think I might make a different choice of property if I had to do it over again. If you can get over it being a bit dated then it would probably be a very good choice (we are fairly picky).

We absolutely loved our stay here and will be back for sure! The location, the amenities and the overall feel of the place was perfect! The owners went out of their way to communicate and check in on us. We loved the hot tub and the view both morning and evening. Just wonderful overall!

Amazing Location and View - Beds Need Upgraded

We stayed for 3 nights for a mid-week ski trip. We loved the location and mountain views, private hot tub, and easy communication with the property manager. The beds were wildly uncomfortable though - my husband and I tried two of them and my mom confirmed hers was no better. Squeaky, saggy, cheap sheets, saddest pillows ever. Was not the best three nights of sleep unfortunately, which is tough when you're skiing all day at altitude. Everything else was great but this was a big miss for us.

dual family ski trip

We absolutely loved the location of the property. The shuttle stop was right across the street, easy walking distance to almost everything in town and it had an amazing view of the slopes. It had everything we needed and a comfortable layout. We did wish the beds had thicker blankets for the winter but it definitely stayed warm upstairs. Property owners checked in with us several times and were very accommodating. We would love to rent this condo again in the near future.

Beautiful condo, great location

This lovely condo was perfect for a family gathering of five adults. The location was ideal, with the Breck shuttle stop mere steps away from the front door and easy access on foot to the town and resort. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the entire condo was beautifully decorated and furnished. We especially enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace and the hot tub. Check-in/check-out process was very easy.

4 adults with 3 toddlers

My wife, brother and sister in law along with our 3 year old daughter and 1 and 4 year old nephews stayed for 3 nights. The location is perfect, very convenient to access to downtown and the gondola/ski resort. I will agree with some other posts that the shower heads are older than me and should be upgraded. Our only real issue was the parking. We drove our Ford expedition and pulled an 8 foot uhaul trailer. The parking available for guests is about 50 foot long with about a 45 degree angle. There was so much ice we were unable to back our trailer and car up to our designated spots. We were able to get the trailer backed up eventually but had to park at the base of the driveway. We struggled to get back up there on the last day to get the trailer. Other than those issues, our stay was perfect.

Great Location, Poor Management

For Pro’s - This condo is in a great location and the Hot Tub on the balcony made our trip! Amazing view and much needed after long days of skiing. Con’s- as previous other renters mentioned, the sheets are terrible. They have hard stains in them, causing them to be scratchy. The bathroom’s are disgusting, when we showed up there were globs of hair on the wall in bathroom. The shower heads are the absolute worst. For something that is such a cheap upgrade, shame on them for not updating. The toilets are about 10” from the floor and something fit for a preschool bathroom. The worst part was, our washing machine apparently leaked one day, so a worker comes by and tells us not to do any more laundry and he will send a plumber right out. A day and a half goes by, no word from the property management company, so I call. They say this is the first they have heard of this (so who the heck was in our unit?) and they will schedule a plumber to come out. Another two days goes by where we aren’t allowed to wash our clothes after skiing and were told by the property manager to go to the laundromat down the street if we needed to wash. Summary - Highly disappointed in how this property has been managed and kept up. There are a lot of options in the area, I would do a lot of research before choosing this unit.

Location of condo is excellent; it is within walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants. Having a private hot tub is the biggest selling point. Views of the mountains from the hot tub were incredible. Would stay again.

Awesome location!

My family of 5, 3 kids under 5 had an amazing time at this property. We were within walking distance to everything. Hot tub was great with amazing views. Place just as it looked in the photos. No issues with the stay.

Birthday Trip

I just wanted to let you know that we did have trouble with the fridge being cold. Stuff was just cool, never got very cold. We did have food we had to get rid of. Unfortunately the smell in the house is very strong very Musty, almost like no one has stayed in the house for a very long time. The smell was very strong in the basement. We arrived home tonight and all of our clothes in our luggage smell like that. It was a little disappointing for what we booked, and where we stayed.

Great Location

Short walk to the Gondola and Main Street. Kitchen had plenty of emenities. Private hot tub was really nice with a great view of the mountain. Comfortable couch. Plenty of blankets and pillows through out. Sleds were available. It was a nice option for the kids to take to the sledding hill a few blocks away. Pictures in the listing make the condo look bigger than it is. Main living area is a little snug for 4 adults and 3 kids. The light fixture in the kitchen is low and in an odd place... we kept hitting out head on it. Towels were in short supply, between showers and the hot tub. We washed nightly. Snow and ice removal wasn't very good. There was ice and snow on the stairs and landing. There wasn't any ice melt available. Parking was tight because of the way the snow was plowed against the building.

2 block walk to EVERYTHING Breck!

Location is incredible, furnishings are good, hot tub and double decks are outstanding, and being able to walk to everything downtown is so awesome. The living areas and kitchen were a great size for our family and the condo had everything we needed. As others have noted, the sheets were rough but not a huge issue and we could never get the WiFi router to connect to the internet but we had good cell service and I didn’t want to waste vacation time on the phone with the cable company as the instructions to resolve this issue said to do in the rental guide. We could connect to the router but the router could never connect to the internet. Didn’t end up being an issue for us. All in all we would stay here again and the location and layout were awesome!
