It is well stocked with essentials and beds are comfortable. The view of the mountains is unobstructed and great! The only critiques I might make would be that it would be nice to have access to regular cable, with the ability to watch the different news and sports channels. The windows on the main level could use cleaning and the back of the units where you park, could use some sprucing up with fresh paint. It could also use sweeping, as well. The location was ideal, with the Breck shuttle stop mere steps away from the front door and easy access on foot to the town and resort. Hot tub was nice with a gorgeous view but fairly open to neighboring properties as decks were connected. The property itself could use a bit of refresh - carpet could use cleaning or replacement. Also the ceiling fans were not enough to cool things off in upper BR even with window open at night and auxiliary mini fan we packed along- we were hot and sweaty and had a hard time sleeping. Could not get any normal TV stations (my husband was disappointed as he had to watch the US open golf tourney on his iPad). Management company was great with excellent communication. Overall a decent stay but I think I might make a different choice of property if I had to do it over again.
