Maybe one with a hot tub to soak in after a long day of adventures. Tranquility House is the place. Everyone in your group will be thrilled … and you’ll be thrilled with the value! This four-bedroom plus den, four-bathroom home in Blue River — just minutes from downtown Breckenridge — offers a quiet, affordable getaway for your family or group of up to 10\. The living room offers lots of seating with a large couch and 6 power recliners. After a long day out on the town or hitting the slopes, everyone can relax by watching a movie on the large Smart TV in the den! The living room opens to the fully equipped kitchen where seating is never a problem — there are 12 seats at the table and six more at the bar. The upper level, overlooking the living room, boasts four bedrooms. The king master suite features a king bed, gas fireplace and a private bathroom with a corner tub and stand-up shower. There’s also a queen master suite with a private bathroom, two more bedrooms with a queen bed and a full bed, and a full bathroom in the hall with a tub and shower. With two master suites, the home is ideal for two families to share! The three-car garage gives everyone a parking space out of the snow, and there’s a spacious mud room for putting on and storing outdoor gear. Outdoors, there’s a large deck spanning the width of the house, a gas fire pit and a large, fenced-in yard. Other amenities include a washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the house. The size of the house was spacious for our group of 12, and check in/out was easy. The carpet was very dirty and sink was clogged in bedroom bath. No blankets for pull out couch. ##### Tracy V.
