But there's even more to delight in during ski season. A brand-new free shuttle route, exclusively for ski season, awaits just steps from this inviting home. It whisks you away to the slopes at the base of Peak 9, downtown Breckenridge, and Main Street every 20 minutes between the hours of 8 AM and 10 PM.

This house had everything we needed and more, especially for our annual family ski trip. We had 7 adults and 4 kids. Skiing - we used the bus which was easy to get to at the end of the street, we also used the trail a couple times. Kitchen - well stocked with all the right appliances, utensils, and plenty of dishes. Living areas - we were able to spread out and play games, watch TV, and enjoy the time together. All the furniture was quite comfortable. Bathrooms - it was nice to have three separate bathrooms. We used the sauna in one and the outside hot tub to help relax our muscles after skiing. Parking - plenty of parking and room for ALL the ski equipment in the garage. We had 4 vehicles and there was plenty space. Communication - the team was easy to work with and quick to respond. Details were enough to understand.

We had our extended family of 10 (including 4 children) staying here. The bedroom with 4 oversize bunk beds was a real hit! There was plenty of room for everyone in the living room and around the dining table. Great location with easy access to hiking trails and a short drive to downtown. All the regular beds could use new mattresses. Better lighting in the living room would be helpful. The sliding door to the deck does not close all the way. Overall, we had a wonderful week.

The house was great and we enjoyed our time there. Although we were not able to Ski-In-Ski-Out to this house since our group was not experts we were pleased. To get to the gondola from the house we found out we would need to take 2 different shuttles. Unfortunately with the shuttle times we did not think we would make it to the mountain in time for our younger kids' lessons. The communication with the property management was good, they answered all the questions that we had. The house was very clean. The house had everything that we needed for our family reunion and ski trip.

Really enjoyed the large home. Stayed with a group of friends. The hot tub and sauna were great. The ski-out access was amazing, but I would not recommend it for ski in. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the communication with the property manager was immediately responded to. The only con for us was that the property only has three bathrooms; however, the listing shows four. We were hoping for four! None of the bathrooms were en suite which was actually a great perk with a large group of people.

This house was well stocked and spacious enough for two families with a combined seven children. The walk to the shuttle was very convenient, even the youngest 4y/o could manage it. The hot tub was a great source of R&R after long days spent on the beautiful ski slopes.

Absolutely gorgeous property right by the slopes! The jacuzzi and sauna made for a great end to the ski day. The kitchen was big enough for plenty of people to help with cooking, and the large living room allowed plenty of space for everyone to hang out. With the bus stop steps away, you can go from front door to lift line in under 10 minutes. Recommended!

4 stars could be 5 pretty easily. Super clean! Great space for 6 of us but if you had more than 8, it would get hard to share common space. Perfect for us. Kitchen well stocked and functional. Hot tub and grill worked great. Nice deck. Mattresses in bunk rooms very good. Lower queen room could use a new mattress as it sags in middle. Others good. Lots of hummingbirds and we brought our own feeder and enjoyed. There is one there at the house too. A few cons: home next door (20 feet from deck) is under construction and there was a giant crane and noise the afternoon we arrived. The next day was less intrusive but not ideal for a quick peaceful getaway. The exterior work will be done soon so it shouldn’t be an issue much longer, heading into the Fall. Ceiling fan in living room didn’t work. Smoke detectors woke us two nights in a row. Sort of like they were end of life so we reported it.

1. First impression - open two car garage door to a massive overflow of trash and a TX plated truck in the garage. Trash later picked up 3 hours later, awful first impression 2. Light in the ceiling fan over the dining room table did not work. Hard to play cards and games with no light - not fixed during the entire stay of 5 nights 3. First night gave one bath and before over no HOT water - called management service emergency number and noted problem. No call back until next day when headed out door to ski. Looks like cleaning crew drained all hot water before our arrival. Another very bad look. 4. One toiled flush arm not working properly - later fixed 5. Shelf in one of the kitchen cupboards (which were quite limited in size) was missing a shelf support so it was unusable. 6. Garage door sensor alignment messed up so we had to fix this. Those are the top highlights (lowlights)

The property management company alone is so amazing and kind that I would recommend any of their properties. The place was clean and perfect size plus extra space to sleep if needed. Only wish was having a vacuum and some cleaning supplies there so when my kiddos spilled crumbs I could clean up !

We loved the house. It was a perfect location for our vacation. It was a great space for our two families to relax (hot tub and sauna), make meals, dine, watch movies (very comfortable sofa and chairs), and play card/board games. The fireplace produced great heat and created a great mountain ambiance. We loved the ease of catching the shuttle for skiing. The men even hiked from the house to ski out onto the slopes once, so it is possible for the more advanced skier in good shape! Again, this house is the perfect LOCATION!

Our group of 9 fit easily, as did all 3 cars in the driveway. Hot tub was amazing to have after a long day in the cold. Kitchen was well stocked appliance/utensil wise. Check in/out was a breeze. Super close to the shuttle for the mountain, would definitely love to stay here again!
