The only issue I could find was that it is very nicely hidden up in the mountains, which means if the roads are icy, it might be an interesting drive to get to. I felt like it was enough to Breckenridge that it didn’t feel like it was too far away. we had a great time and would certainly go there again. We found the kitchen to be well stocked with the cooking items we needed. I think 20 years ago this would have been a top notch property. However, there doesn't seem to have been any investment since then. The furniture is very worn and dated. The curtains are heavy and dark as well as needing a good cleaning. I think removing the curtains and just having shades and getting new furniture would be a huge improvement. It also needs a good cleaning overall, as there was much dust in some areas and generally didn't have a deep clean feeling. At this price point, I would expect better. We were okay with the location, but be aware that there is a very windy road you need to take to get to it and it is about a 20 minute drive into Breckenridge. Fantastic views of the mountains - pictures never do justice to the views. We enjoyed wildlife as well - a moose, a few deer, a couple of foxes and many chipmunks made the view all the more enjoyable (although we felt as though we may have been invading their territory!) ##### JENNIFER W.
