Perfect House

Moose Are Amongst Us

We had a lot of fun and totally enjoyed the lovely home and saw 4 moose!!! Two younger moose on one morning and a cow and her calf on another morning. The mountain views are outstanding. Everything was immaculate. Our adults kids and grandkids all had a fantastic week.

The property is wonderful! The home has a fully equipped kitchen, was immaculately clean, beautiful view, and still had a secluded-in-the-woods type of feel. The management team was highly communicative with text and email so the check in and check out processes were easy. We will absolutely stay at this home again. Breath-taking views that even the rodents in the house enjoyed..

The views of this home were nothing short of breath-taking, we loved the convenience of being close to town but also in a private estate. I would have love our stay more if we didn't have a mouse infestation. I kid you not mouse droppings in every room. For a stay of this caliber, we kind of expected at least 1 of the 2 coffee machines to have worked. In short, if you love being infested with a rodents, no radon mitigation system working, no batteries in the carbon monoxide detectors and crappy coffee, the place is all yours! I will say the host was generous enough to give us a refund for our mice infested food, however when we asked for a partial refund we were completely dismissed. It seemed the host was not concerned with our stay. This to say, this home would not be our first choice next we visit Breck! Happy rental hunting!

A Peaceful Family Vacation

The Ten Mile Estate was beyond expectations. The house was comforting and provided stunning mountain views. The sunrise each day was breathtaking. We loved the daily morning visit by the fox and the wildlife in the back yard throughout our stay. Everyone had their privacy but yet we were able to gather and have family time. The house was perfectly located for us. We were able to visit downtown Breckenridge, hike, go four wheelin' and go fishing within minutes of the house. Thank you for this beautiful home and we will be back next year.

Great House!

Overall, we were very happy with the house. The kitchen was well equipped and there were a lot of thoughtful touches. Really my only "complaint" is that I would have liked TVs in the bedrooms. We were a group of adults who like to watch TV before we go to bed. Other than that, everything was great!

Our family had an absolute blast here, the cabin is so clean and well furnished with a ton to keep your family having fun! The hot tub and views from hot tub were great, and saw a ton of wildlife in the back. Had a family of moose hang out all day in the back!

Amazing Views, Great Location

Just a short drive to Breck, but feels like you are much further out. This would be a great option as a base for two families since it has two nice master bedrooms and plenty of space for the kiddos. Property Management Group was easy to work with and checked in several times during the week.

BEST view around

The view from the beautiful deck of this property is breathtaking! (which you can enjoy from the deck chairs). Very comfortable, well laid-out house, with an open main floor and then all 4 bedrooms being on different levels, which gives everyone their space. Well-stocked, friendly & responsive management. It's a 10-15 minute drive to the nearest store, so you just have to plan ahead for that. Again - the VIEW is worth every penny!

Ten Mile Estate Family Getaway

This charming mountain home was perfect for our family getaway. Each couple had their own bedroom/bathroom. Kitchen had all cooking equipment available...with plenty of storage space for the food that we brought. We enjoyed the game room with billiard table and game table, big screen tv , hot tub right outside. The best part was sitting on the wrap around deck and taking in the view-mountains, trees, wildlife. Being in nature was great respite.

Wonderful!

This property was amazing! Beautiful home. Kitchen was stocked very well with anything you would ever need and more! View was spectacular. Beds were super comfortable. Furniture in family room and downstairs game room was very comfortable and not worn. We had 3 couples and a 2 year old. It was perfect for each family to have their own space with their own bathroom on a different level allowing for more privacy. Perfect location away from the busyness of town but close enough to run into Breck or Frisco. We would definitely stay at this property again.
