A nice grill on the back patio and awesome hot tub to relax after a day skiing. The private shuttle from the neighborhood made it fantastic. Great place to stay while enjoying summer activities in Breckenridge. The only thing I would suggest would be a few box fans. The room with the two bunk beds did not have a ceiling fan, so it took some time to cool off in the evenings. Plenty of room for seven people! The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. I slightly panicked on the way home; about 4 hours into our drive home, I realized I had left my cell phone in the house. I left a message for the management company, and received a quick response. Séjour de 3 nuits en février 2017 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### David C. 11 janv. 2017 #### Great Property! This property is great. Very nicely maintained. We had 20 inches of snow in 2 days and the plows and property crews kept the streets open! Short drive to the gondola and Frisco a little further. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who does not require ski in/out. We did not use the shuttle but it was available. Parking at the gondola is only 7 dollars. Very nice for a casual winter vacation. ##### David C.
