On arrival, you'll immediately know that comfort was a priority when outfitting this home. The space is a perfect mix of contemporary and rustic; highlighting earthy tones, natural materials, and cozy furnishings. While it’s just under 1000 square feet, no inch was spared with every corner feeling thoughtful and complete. The living room is light and airy with large sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony outside. The balcony is a lovely place to start your day with fresh alpine air and your morning brew in hand! Back inside, the living room hosts a spacious sectional that doubles as a sofa sleeper. A beautiful floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace is the main feature and a guest favorite in the cooler months. The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up delicious dishes from home. A coffee maker, toaster, and other kitchenware are available for your convenience. The extended counter provides extra prep space and casual seating for 4\. Steps away, enjoy more formal dining together at the table. The home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably between a private bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The primary bedroom features a King-sized bed and access to the wraparound balcony. Steps from both sleeping areas is a full bathroom outfitted with a stand-up shower with custom tilework. The condo is quiet, well laid out, and clean. It is close to downtown, Maggie's pond, multiple restaurants and the hiking and biking areas. It is perfect for a couple's weekend. My only suggestion would be to edit the instructions sent to guests and specify the parking garage, it did not list the name or address, and we used Maps to try to get to the address listed for the condo, and with a vehicle, that does not get you where you need to be. Also ensure access is granted on the App before the guest arrives. We had to text for access, the code was not working in the app. Additionally, we got into the elevator and realized there was no unit number for our condo on any of the communication, so we had to text again. We had about a 30-45 minute delay due to these issues. Not the end of the world, but for someone traveling with little kids or trying to meet a timeline for a reservation, this could be an issue. I think these are easy to remedy items and am only mentioning because we were not the only ones who had the same issues that weekend.
