My only issue is that the day before we were to check out someone entered the house. It may have been someone from the cleaning team given an incorrect schedule but I do not know. I messaged the management company right away to verify if they had sent someone to the house. It seemed like I was communicating with a bot. Very basic responses and not really addressing the issue directly. I did get them to confirm they had our correct check out date. This happened fairly early in the morning even before the normal check out time. My husband and son had just left the house and my daughter and I were there when the man entered the house. Very unsettling to say the least. I would have appreciated and expected better communication from the management company when this happened. ##### Shelby F. I did reach out and try to contact a month beforehand regarding a few questions and did not get a response, I ended up calling and after a long wait was able to get the answers to my questions. The house is just on the city's outskirts. It is centrally located between Breck and Frisco. It was plenty spacious for my family of 5\. The kids loved the bunk bed arrangement. They have a big selection of movies and boardgames for nightly entertainment. Having access to the hot tub was super nice after all day trekking in the woods. We will be back.. ##### Melissa C. It was wonderful being able to lay in the hammock and relax in the afternoons or lounge in the hot tub in the evening. This place, being just outside of town, offered plenty of privacy and a quiet neighborhood experience. The kitchen was well equipped and the large island was a wonderful gathering place for our group of five. The industrial and eclectic decor was a bit different - but fun to discover and appreciate. Upstairs bedrooms were comfortable and baths were well appointed. The basement bedroom was fine, but without window covering. Privacy was not the issue, but the early morning light! The downstairs bath was sufficient, but not the quality of the others. Nor were we able to figure out the TV, instructions would have been helpful. But there was a huge selection of movies which we did take advantage of. We loved our stay, but the exterior of the property looked like it needed some TLC, not the structure, but the landscaping. The place was clean, but I think the housekeepers needed a checklist, because the dishwasher and laundry soap was out, and low on paper towel. The home, especially the carpet, appeared to need deep cleaning. ##### Rebecca M. Perfect amount of room for 3 couples to relax. We were especially pleased with the decks surrounded by woodsy pines, and the piney views outside every window. Lots of clean linens, towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioner. We were very pleased with our choice. Of note, there is room to impove the dining situation. While the dinner table was adequate size for 6, the chair situation needs improvement. A bench on one side was OK, a couple of well-used wooden chairs and then 2 metal folding chairs were pressed in to service. I think one should expect a nicer dining set-up in such a lovely home. Also, we had to keep dragging extra chairs out on to the deck and then back inside again because there were only 4 chairs around the patio table where we liked to relax. The kitchen had a good supply of utensils and pots and pans. This was important to us because we cooked a big dinner together every night. Drinking glasses were in short supply - just 8 glasses which we had to wash by hand a few times a day if we didn’t want to run the dishwasher. We brought a set of cocktail glasses and a glass pitcher which we left behind for future tenants. I generally steer clear of hot tubs in rental homes because I am not sure if they are well maintained. The hot tub here was pristine, absolutely spotless. It seemed to be shiny new and high tech. This was a feature I usually ignore but we all enjoyed it. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a lovely home away from home. ##### Theodore K.
