Very pleased with how clean everything was as I’m a bit of a germaphobe, and that is the most important thing to me when I stay somewhere. Loved the location. We walked with our kids or took the free shuttle/gondola everywhere we went. There were a few items broken/not working in the townhome. The master light would flicker and not come on, so it was a little hard to see in the room at times, even with the lamps. The living room tv didn’t work and there was a broken oscillating fan in one of the rooms along with a humidifier that was missing it’s top, so we couldn’t use it. We did call maintenance who was super nice and came out, but ultimately wasn’t able to fix anything except to bring us a box fan replacement. We were very grateful for the fan and the other stuff didn’t really impact our stay. We saw a fox right below our balcony, and the kids loved that! We also loved being able to use the indoor pool at their sister hotel at One Ski Hill. Would stay again. Thanks so much! ##### Tiffany P.
