If you’re looking for the best of Breckenridge, you’ve found it. This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom luxury home checks the boxes for anyone looking for the ultimate mountain vacation: one-minute stroll to slopes, private hot tub, gorgeous mountain views, high-end furniture and décor, gourmet chef’s kitchen and more. Snowy Point Chalet is your chance to experience Breckenridge the way it was meant to be experienced. And since three of the bedrooms are suites with private bathrooms, it’s the perfect home for multiple families to share. Your group will thank you for finding this home! The living area is inviting and spacious, with soaring vaulted ceilings and warm natural light flooding in through floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s plenty of luxurious seating for relaxing and enjoying the wood fireplace and large flat-screen TV, as well as sweeping views of Breckenridge and the surrounding mountains. Just off the living area is a standalone office with a large desk/work area. And you can step out onto the deck with an outdoor dining set and a gas grill for barbequing while taking in the majesty of the mountains. The kitchen? Incredible. Beautiful live-edge granite counters, top-of-the-line Viking appliances (including a pro-quality gas range) and plenty of space on the thick granite countertops for even the most demanding chef to spread out and create a mealtime masterpiece. There’s an elegant dining table that seats 10, and there’s room for five at the counter for breakfast and après-ski snacks. Downstairs, there’s a family room area with a second large flat-screen TV, a huge sectional couch, and a foosball table — it’s the perfect place for the kids to hang out. And the lower patio features a large hot tub. Once you slip into the warm water after a long day on the slopes and soak in the mountains around you, you won’t want to get out! Speaking of the slopes, it’s a short stroll to the Skyway Skiway run. From there, you can ski to the gondola in town, or access the Four O’Clock run and the Snowflake Lift to Peak 8\. It truly couldn’t be more convenient. And in the summer, there are plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby. Very easy access to the ski out to either Snowflake or the Gondola. The kitchen is excellent and the Viking appliances are a nice touch. The Steamroom/shower in the master is amazing. The radiant heat and fireplace are magnificent.The only downside, for some, is the location. With no snow on the mountain, skiing was next to impossible. Which leaves trips to town. Unfortunately, this location is not walkable to town, particularly the icy downhill in the dark. And we are a family of big walkers/hikers. Uber rides were certainly available, but even those dealt with a lot of traffic.It's a wonderful house, but if you plan to walk to town often, I would think twice about this location. ##### Bob S. My daughter was getting married in Breckenridge, and I had no idea how important it was going to be to have a very 'picturesque' home to take pics of the bride before and after the wedding! This place made a beautiful wedding (in some woods near the ski runs) twice as memorable, beautiful and enjoyable as it would have been if we had stayed in a less beautiful home! Everything about this place was amazing, the fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, high and gorgeous ceilings, good water pressure, tons of room, and just fit for a King! Also had great interactions with the property managers, they were so accommodating and super friendly!! My daughter decided that this was the perfect place to come back to to celebrate future anniversaries! Can't tell you in words how perfect it was!! Only one word of warning: I think it states that they supply you with enough toiletries (bar soap, shampoo and conditioner) to get you started. It was enough for our 2 night stay, but if we had stayed longer, we'd have needed to grab a few items from the grocery store in town. (The toilet paper, paper towels, and tissues were plentiful.) Thanks for the best vrbo place we've ever stayed in!! We'd have paid twice as much if we had known how awesome it was going to be! So worth the !! There was a leak in the ceiling of the laundry room. Maintenance had to be called. The downstairs door to outside hot tub did not lock. Maintenance had to be called. The dishwasher was installed improperly and fell forward with dishes. Maintenance had to be called. The lower oven did not work. We were told it would be addressed. Maintenance never addressed. The day we left to close up house, electricity went out for about three hours. When asking for trash pickup, they came but also took one of our trash cans. Otherwise, the house was very well stocked for kitchen appliances and utensils. There are no screens on any windows. There needs to be an in-house booklet on how to operate the tv and anything dealing with electronics in house. The house was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. House was well stocked with everything we needed and the customer service was excellent. We needed a family break from away from the heat of Texas and our 6 month covid existence, and we could not have picked a better place to escape! The house is wonderful with a wonderful 'chefs' kitchen. It was a 10 min walk to town, a 10 min walk to Peak 8 base lodge, and very close to peaceful hiking trails. The house was super clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the large hot tub! There is some home construction next door, but we were told that, and it was not an issue at all.
