This studio-style condominium at the Village at Breckenridge sleeps up to 4 and puts you within an easy walk of Peak 9 and Main Street. The Space: Settle into a straightforward, comfortable studio setup ideal for a couple, small family, or a few friends. The open-plan living/sleeping area includes a queen bed and a sleeper sofa, plus a full bathroom. When you’re not out on the mountain or exploring downtown, take advantage of on-site community perks at the Village at Breckenridge, including an indoor/outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a sauna, fitness room, and game room. WiFi is provided, and on-site garage parking is available for one vehicle. What You’ll Love • Prime location: about a 5-minute walk to the Peak 9 base/Quicksilver SuperChair and Ski & Ride School. • Mountain-town convenience: stroll to Maggie Pond for mountain-view photos, Blue River Plaza and the Riverwalk, and the Village/Main Street Station plazas for seasonal events. • Walk to Main Street shops, cafés, restaurants, and ice cream—no car required for a great day out. • Access to Village at Breckenridge amenities: indoor/outdoor pool, 4 outdoor hot tubs, sauna, fitness room, and game room. • WiFi for work or play. • Parking for up to 1 vehicle in the on-site paid garage. Great location—didn’t need a car the whole time! Walked out to the lift each morning, then walked one block to Main Street for dinner each evening. Hot tub and steam room were lovely and in good working order. The real detractor from this experience was the poor customer service from the property management company for this unit. Ice maker didn’t work but more importantly made a loud noise 24/7 and necessitated sleeping with ear plugs. Additionally the t.v. only allowed one channel. I reported both of these issues within 12 hours of our arrival, but despite being told that it would be addressed, someone only came at the end of day 3 of a 4 day stay and after continued inquiries by me. We have stayed in this building multiple times in many units and want to call out this unit as a winner! Check-in including parking pass was a breeze and prompts via text... NOTE: the building front desk is a nightmare rented by another management company but once you are familiar with the building it makes sense. The unit was as listed with comfy fold out bed, plenty of towels, stocked kitchen with pans, utensils, and food storage containers. View of this unit was great looking at peak 8 and view of the hot tubs. We will be looking to stay in this unit again! The building is a great location for winter skiing, summer hiking and steps from downtown or the Village shops. The amenities are another winner for our family with video games, heated pool, multiple hot tubs, firepit, sauna, steam room and private rooms you can reserve for movie or x-box room. ##### Kelly S.
