Custom home built in 2016 with well-known local architects at bhh Partners and the award winning local builder Pinnacle Mountain Homes who brought amazing design details to this accessible and peaceful location. The home is featured in the Summer 2018 edition of the Colorado Summit magazine. The front of our home is 150 paces to the Four O’Clock ski run and has beautiful views of Mount Baldy year-round and a field of wild flowers in the summer. Inside, the great room has soaring arched beams and an impressive wall of windows to the back meadow which is a protected natural wetland where moose frequent. Our home has an elevator, two-car garage, eight-person hot tub, fire pit, gaming loft, billiards, foosball and ping pong table built for comfort, fun, and function, designed with a mountain modern flare using barn wood we salvaged from my childhood farm outside of Belvidere, Nebraska. We do not advertise on Craigslist. Please beware of scams. During the Ski Season Mid Nov - Mid Apr we offer a Free Shuttle for our guests. The large great room and gourmet kitchen allows for gatherings in a comfortable open area with impressive beams, stone surround fireplace, and meadow views. The 10-person live edge dining table, 14-feet granite island, and breakfast nook offer seating options for groups large and small. The kitchen and walk-in pantry feature gas stove, two ovens, two refrigerators, and two dishwashers. Radiative in-floor heating maintains temperature throughout the year. In addition, we have two beautiful gas fireplaces (no need to collect firewood). White oak wood floors are throughout most of the home. Location Our home is located in The Pines at 4 O’Clock, near the base of Peak 8\. The 4 O’Clock ski run and trail is a 100 yard walk away, just above the fork to the Snowflake Lift or to the Gondola. The Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle stops at the Snowflake Lift or on Ski Hill Road a few blocks away, providing additional options for getting around town. For cross country skiers, the Breckenridge Nordic Center is only a short 0.4 mile walk or drive away from our home. For hikers accustomed to dirt trails with some elevation gain, the walk into town is 15 minutes via the 4 O’Clock trail in the summer or fall. The neighborhood the views, everything was spectacular!Location is easy and convenient, many stores and town nearby.Truly one of the better homes my family and I have stayed in. Everything worked well and there was plenty of space. The ski-in feature is entirely accurate and was well appreciated on long days. The ski out part was a little more work as it required a walk to the gondola once you got down to the base or a VERY SHORT walk to a lift over on peak 6 if you took the other ski-out route. To celebrate my 70th birthday I took my entire family to Breckenridge and no one was disappointed, especially in this home and the location to ski in and out from. 8 adults and 8 grandchildren had plenty of room with the bedrooms spread out and multiple living and dining areas. The hot tub and pool table were especially popular. This home was exactly as described by the owner, fully equipped,clean and comfortable and perfect for large groups. The property manager was great to deal with and we all had a wonderful time! Would highly recommend and would give more than 5 stars if I could ##### Rodney H. Everyone had their own room and it was easy to walk 5 minutes to the 4 o’clock trail and hop on the Snowflake lift. This house, the location, and the wonderful property manager made our trip an exceptional experience. Among the outstanding qualities were the spacious living area, comfortable furniture, delightful interior design, well equipped kitchen and large dining table (perfect for large families). The house was perfect for our larger group and everyone had their own space. The location is great for those who ski but the non-skiers in our group loved it as well. The home is beautiful, spacious and has just about anything you could possibly need (kitchen appliances, multiple dishwashers, ice maker, essentials, boot warmers, elevator, towels, heated bathroom floors, games, etc). It was very comfortable and having the ski-in/ski-out location was the icing on top!Many previous visitors wrote that they saw moose, bear and other wildlife, but we did not, other than a fox which was cool too. All reviews said that the pictures and descriptions of this home were true to form. The home was beautiful, had extraordinary amenities and the location was great. Everything has been thought of; we wanted for nothing. The owner went above and beyond by doing things like leaving the ingredients for s'mores in the game room. This place was awesome!! The house is beautiful, clean and the kitchen was great. The kids love playing outside and loved the fire pit to make s’mores . Two mornings we had a moose eating grass right by the house . Great walking trails. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate our 50th anniversary. The house was very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The house was fully stocked with kitchen supplies and spices. The location was easy to ski-in/ski-out. We skied back for lunch each day and cooked each night. Greg is a great host, super responsive and helpful with instructions. The only downside is it is not available for us to stay next year. We will definitely be back. You will not be disappointed. ##### Steve D.
