This townhome is in our best ski in/ski out location. Click into your skis outside your back door and you are set to go! This spacious 4-bedroom floorplan features a beautiful vaulted living area and master suite, a gourmet kitchen, and nice furnishings throughout this Breckenridge townhome. Soak in the mountain views from your private deck. Warm up in front of the rock fireplace, or in your own private outdoor hot tub. The master suite also features a wonderful master bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. You are provided with a heated one car garage and driveway, as well as the convenience of being right on the Snowflake Run. In the summer, this location is just steps above many town trails which circle through the beautiful wetlands and into the mountains. Located six blocks from town, and two blocks from a bus stop, you are not far from the Breckenridge action. \*Please note that the Snowflake Ski Run is very flat and does require some walking and/or poling for the ski-in access. To get back though, there are three LONG flats that are hard for skiers and murder for snowboarders. It's more like a hike. Additionally, we've stayed in other very similar condos in the area and this one is on the older side (the tap of the kitchen sink was completely loose), not as well equipped as others, and generally not as nice. It's not a bad property and we had a good stay but for the money we expected a bit more. The killer that will make us not stay here again was the ski in situation. ##### Claudia D. Four-day family stay at Breckenridge over the Thanksgiving holiday. First the good: 1) Property is in a great location near ski lift 2) Basic housekeeping was wonderful & interior was extremely clean 3) Maintenance staff was kind and courteous Now the bad: 1) Hot tub was nasty when we arrived. Water was greenish-yellow & the interior had yellow slime along the filter housing and water line. We notified the management company on arrival, and were told it would be taken care of the next day. However, it didn't get resolved until the final day of our stay. 2) The propane for grill was empty and took 3 days to get refilled. 3) The property is in need of maintenance -- the coffee pot switch didn't work, range hood filters weren't installed, knife handles fell off, etc. 4) Kitchen is a little tight. The dishwasher door didn't open fully due to the location of the stove. 5) The dishwasher detergent dispenser didn't work. We had to manually add detergent mid-cycle if we wanted clean dishes. 6) Front office took forever to resolve issues & didn't seem concerned about our satisfaction. They issued us two small credits for our inconvenience. However, the credits were a small proportion of the overall cost of the stay. I expect some of our issues could've been related to the fact that we were renting at the very beginning of the ski season or that they were understaffed over the holiday. This may not be typical of the property; however, we were not impressed with this stay. ##### Josh K. Was so happy they had baby gates for the stairs. The location for ski in ski out was not great. Lots of work to return to the house during the day as the snowflake trail is very very flat. Ski out was great. House was extremely clean and great parking in driveway/garage for 2 cars. Family loved the private hot tub ##### angel s. Séjour de 6 nuits en janvier 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Tania H., Tampa, Florida 3 févr. 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Annual Friend's Ski Trip My husband, our friends, and I stayed at Four O'Clock property a few weeks ago. There were three couples in total and the room situation worked out great as we basically each had our own floor. The living room was much more spacious than the photos portray as we all fit comfortably. The TV has also been upgraded which kept the men happy during NFL playoff games. The location of this home was absolutely perfect for the skiers of the group. It was a true ski-in/ski-out property as we practically skied back to our backyard once finished. There is a bit of poling to get there but overall a lot better than hauling your skis to a bus stop/walking to a lift. The heated garage was quite nice as we would get ready for the slopes in there. The hot tub worked great and again, a nice perk for sore muscles at the end of the day. The property is about a 0.9mile walk to downtown which was not bad; however, with the elevation change, a few of us were winded by the time we made it there :) We did not rent a car which we ultimately regretted only because of the need to get to the grocery store a few times throughout the week. Ubers are very expensive and difficult to come by in Breck, so I would recommend renting a car, if possible. My only complaint for the property is the lack of kitchen items/accessories. Most rentals I've stayed in typically have at least salt/pepper or other odds and ends to use in the kitchen. We had to purchase everything at the store as none of these types of items were in the home. This is our third time to Breck and by far our favorite place we've stayed in. There’s some poling coming home on Snowflake Run so save a little energy for that. Otherwise, everything was excellent!!
