Ski-in/ski-out, located at the base of Peak 9 & steps from Main Street and excellent shopping and dining. Enjoy the updated pool/hot tubs/gym/sauna/steam room/game room/movie room on site. Open year-round! Free Parking for 1 car in the underground parking garage is included at no extra charge but not guaranteed until reserved. Brand new completely remodeled studio condo in the best location! Features: • Studio features a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. • Full kitchen open to the living room equipped with everything needed to make a full meal. • Large bathroom with a double vanity, toilet closet and separate shower/tub area Location: • Located in the Peak 9 Inn building int the Village, at the base of Peak 9 and next to the Quicksilver lift. • Walk just 1 block to some of Breckenridge's finest restaurants • Coffee shop Unravel located just across from the condo building in the Gravity Haus building • Plenty of shopping nearby with quirky stores like Ohana and Marigold's Farmhouse Funk and Junk PARKING: Guests have the ability to park 1 car in the underground garage (height restriction 7'6"). A parking reservation must be made by the host so parking cannot be guaranteed until the time of booking. Cancellation without penalty will be offered if a parking space cannot be reserved. There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.
