Ski in via Four O’Clock Run and walk just 200 steps to the Snowflake Lift. Only two blocks from Main Street, with pool and hot tub access nearby. This cozy, top-floor studio (about 300 square feet) is perfect for couples or two friends. The main area features a comfortable king bed, a loveseat, and a 43-inch flat-screen TV with HD cable, DVD player, and a small library of DVDs. A high-top dining table for two sits beside the kitchenette, which includes a two-burner stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and mini fridge—ideal for light cooking. Throughout the condo (except the bathroom) are hand-scraped solid maple floors, complemented by maple cupboards and a cedar accent wall in the entry. Large south-facing windows and the sliding glass door fill the unit with natural light and open onto the private deck. Guests can ski directly back to the condo via the Four O’Clock Run, then walk 200 steps to the Snowflake Lift. The lift typically opens before Thanksgiving, with skiing down to the lift available in early December and ski-back to the condo usually possible by mid-December. It normally closes around mid-April, depending on snow conditions; after that, Peak 8 is accessible by bus or gondola. Guests also enjoy access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tubs, just a short walk away. Swimmers can pass under a connecting wall to enjoy the outdoor section year-round. These facilities are seasonal, usually closed from mid to late September until just before Thanksgiving, and again from mid-April until Memorial Day. Dates vary due to scheduled maintenance, so please confirm if your stay overlaps these windows. In 2025 the pool will reopen on 11/21 for the winter season. Like most Breckenridge properties, the condo does not have air conditioning. July is typically the warmest month, with daytime highs rarely above 75°F and evenings cooling into the 50s. Multiple fans are provided for comfort. Just two blocks from historic Main Street Breckenridge, you’ll be close to restaurants, shops, and nightlife. For peace of mind, we encourage guests to consider travel insurance, such as Travel Guard, which offers plans including “cancel for any reason” coverage. We had delayed flights and did not arrive until midnight. With all the confusion, I had no idea of the door code or where to find the parking pass, and he was very helpful and gracious. The owners were extremely nice and very responsive when we reached out with questions. I highly recommend staying here. After a day of skiing, the trail brings you right to the back of the condo, we enjoyed the jacuzzi. One afternoon we walked up to The Spa at Breckenridge and relaxed getting massages and facials. They all stay at a big house and I always stay by myself where I have a little space when I need it. This unit is perfect. It’s clean. It’s quiet and the location is fantastic for skiing and ski out. The house are very responsive and it just checks every box that I need it’s not luxurious but it’s well beyond adequate. The only complaint I have is the shower is a bit tight but a good opportunity for me to lose a few pounds. ##### Mark S. It gave a very cozy ski cabin vibe with everything you need. We drove to Breck from Denver and parking was not an issue, i was nervous because i did see someone comment that the lot was sort of hilly but as someone who’s had zero experience driving in the snow it was perfectly fine. The location is definitely the biggest selling point, being less than 5 minute walk to Snowflake lift and ending the day knowing we can just ski in to the back of the building made our ski trip that much more comfortable. Also all restaurants/shops on the main road were only a 10-15 minute walk from the studio. The host was very easy to reach and responded within minutes and was super accommodating to early check in and also allowing us to park in the lot even after check out so we can get some last minute skiing in before we left Breck.
