As you breathe in the crisp mountain air from the private balcony of this homey abode (managed by Ski Country Resorts Vacation Rentals), you'll feel invigorated by the promise of adventure and relaxation that awaits you.  
  
Step into a world of winter wonder, where convenience meets excitement. Tannenbaum II Condominiums are conveniently located just a short five-minute walk from the Quicksilver Super Chair at the Peak 9 Base Area, where you can effortlessly begin your day exploring the slopes. Once you've carved your way down the mountainside, take a leisurely stroll over the charming footbridge across Maggie Pond leading your back to your haven in the woods, where warmth and comfort await.  
  
For those seeking a taste of the lively après-ski scene, the vibrant Peak 9 Village and Main Street Station offer a bustling array of restaurants and shops, just a stone's throw away! Here, you can savor delectable cuisines, discover unique treasures, and soak in the breathtaking mountain views and vibrant ambiance of Downtown Breckenridge.  
  
This delightful 1,475 square foot, third floor abode boasts two bedrooms plus loft and three full bathrooms. Elevator access ensures effortless mobility, and two parking spaces (one covered) grants you the freedom to explore the surroundings at your leisure. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare home cooked culinary delights, with all cooking and dining utensils you could desire provided. Gather around the eight-person dining table or the kitchen countertop bar, accommodating everyone in your group with ease.  
  
After your day's adventures, unwind in the cozy living room, adorned with a comforting gas fireplace and ample seating on two large couches and additional side chairs. A 32" flat-screen TV stands ready to entertain, presenting your favorite Blu-ray DVDs. Each bedroom is an oasis of comfort, one offering a King Bed and the other 2 Queen Beds and both offering a 26" flat-screen TV, their own newly remodeled bathroom as well as mini-fridge and coffee maker. Ample storage space can be found in each in the form of a full closet and large dresser.  
  
Throughout your stay, enjoy high-speed internet access and access to the on-site coin-operated laundry facility. The complex's common area deck beckons with two grills and a large picnic area, ideal for gatherings of any size. But the amenities don't end here - as a guest of Tannenbaum, you also have \*seasonal\* access to the newly renovated Columbine Recreation Center, just across the street! Soak your worries away in the outdoor heated pool or indulge in four oversized hot tubs while reveling in the mesmerizing mountain vistas. (\*NOTE - Columbine Pool Center is closed Seasonally, during off-season Fall/Spring months)

We wanted to provide you with an update on the upcoming elevator project. We anticipate beginning work in mid-to-late October.  
Once the project begins, we anticipate it will take approximately 2 - 4 weeks to complete. Please note that the elevator will be out of service for the duration of the project.
