Checking processes is stupid, we had to walk 15 mins to another hotel to get the keys and back another 15 after skiing. Room had temperature settings fixed to very hot, we slept witht the window open the entire night, bed was mediocre for the price we paid. Hot tub was closed and had to take a hot bath in my bathtub. No breakfast, i would recommend find a days inn or something and save some money

This unit (W330) was listed as a full kitchen with a king bed. Instead it had a dorm size refrigerator that froze all our food. It had a toaster that you needed to place by the bathroom sink which had the only reachable outlet. It had poor lighting with one bedside lamp that had no outlet accessible. The check in process with Wyndham was odd with the offic inside the ski shop. Would never go back.p to this property.

Loren give us the worst customer service! She is a liar and not nice at all. She was the baddest person in all town!!!! Other than her, everything was fine same with the rest of the people in the hotel that was really friendly and helpful!! But Loren its not supposed to work with people at all !!!!

The hot tub and pool were nice, and the location was excellent. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the place, as the surfaces had not been cleaned. The shower in the upstairs bathroom did not work properly. Also, when the neighbors were super noisy at 1am and I called reception, they transferred me to another “reception” who said they couldn’t do anything, so I had to confront them myself.

We liked that it was right at the bottom of 4 O'clock run, so basically a ski-in accommodation. We also like the bus stop right in front of the building. The underground parking was warm and safe. We had a mild frustration regarding the mandatory ski check-in, which stemmed from the staff's lackadaisic attitude toward retrieving your skis and getting you out the door. We missed a bus on one occasion due to "be with you in a minute" while the staff conversed behind the counter and in the office.

Great location, needs some updating
the condo was clean, the bathroom updated. There were a few decor details that needed attention: no working florescent bulbs in the kitchen, a naked bulb hanging at the entry. Simple things to fix. Great location.

We were told there was one parking spot per room, the parking garage was full, we were told to use the employee parking, it was full, we were then told to go to public parking, walking distance, and to get our car out then next morning by 10 AM. The condo was too small for the size/shape of table and chairs. On busy/noisy road couldn't keep windows open for air and no A/C

Property is co located with River Mountain Lodge Hotel, a full service hotel. Was not aware of the difference. No maid service. Room was OK with great view of the mountains. Mini refrigerator was uncontrollable. Didn't matter the setting, everything froze. Had to thaw half gallon of milk every morning for breakfast. On the other hand, found we like crunchy raspberries.

I would not recommend this Wyndham property. It was in need of deep cleaning, some maintenance, and more kitchen utinsels and more.

This was a great place to stay and very close to downtown. Wonderful that parking was included so you can leave your vehicle and walk around or take shuttles. Great rooms and I loved the balcony with a view of the ski mountain

Not impressed at all
Seriously hardcore Meh... No way to cool the room except through open windows, decor from vintage 1993 pottery barn, crazy 10am checkout, weird deep carpet that in no way could be clean. Positives is underground parking and only a block off of the main drag in Breck.

Check in was confusing and unprofessional. We felt like we were being sent to the basement for lessor guest. The room was very outdated and not peculiarly clean. The toilet seat was broke and the room had no air conditioning. Location was excellent very close to the Main Street but other than that the service and room was a disappointment.

Your staff (orbitz) never returned the call about adjusting my reservation. The kitchen had a slight rotten food smell. The room was right next to a busy road with lots of traffic & road construction at night.

Nice property right in the middle of downtown. We walked to all the stores saving parking fees. Room was clean and stocked with sufficient amenities to make our stay pleasurable. The one thing that stood out to me that I didn’t like was how dreary the hallway and room was. The hallway was dimly lit and just gave me the wrong impression right off. The room had no wall hangings. The walls were bare. It just Felt un-homey.

Thank you for your review. We are curious if you stayed at River Mountain Lodge by Wyndham because we do not have a daily resort fee and are located one block off of Main Street and one block from the gondola.
