Located just across the street from the base of Peak 9 at the Breckenridge Ski Resort, this condo offers the perfect blend of access to Downtown Breck and easy access to the mountain. The Quicksilver condo offers modern luxury and comfortable convenience for your mountain getaway, and welcomes up to eight guests.

Accommodation:
This completely remodeled condo opens up to a spacious living area from the entry foyer. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, including silverware, plates, bowls, mugs, etc. plus standard large and small appliances, oven and stovetop, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, blender, crockpot, coffee maker, etc. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a gourmet dinner, you'll find everything you need, including modern cabinetry and ample seating.

We provide pressed linens and towels for all sleeping accommodations, for up to 8 guests:
Primary Bedroom: A cozy Queen bed, located on the first floor.
2nd Floor Loft Area Bedroom: Another Queen bed in the loft area offers privacy and comfort.
Loft Area has a single day bed with an additional single pull-out bed.
Living Area: The Queen sofa bed in the living area brings the count to 8 guests.

Bathrooms:
First Floor Bathroom: A walk-in bathroom with a sink and toilet.
2nd Floor Bathroom: A bathtub/shower combination, sink, and toilet.

We are here to help anytime, including weekends. We have someone on-call in the event of an after-hours emergency. Most of what you'll need has been anticipated, but if we miss anything, please message or call us.

AWD is recommended in the winter; Summit County can be very snowy. The driveway to the garage is fairly steep, and located underneath the building. Plowing and shoveling typically start once 4” accumulate. Upon request, we may be able to provide additional snow removal. Parking for one car is included in the building's underground heated garage.

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.

The hot tub is located in the inner courtyard, and access is on a timer: it opens at Noon and closes at 9pm.

If we missed something or there is something we can do to make your visit special, please just let us know. We want you to have a 5-star experience and a memorable stay.

Perfect spot!

This property was perfect for our family of four (17&19). Everything we needed was within walking distance whether it was coffee, breakfast, dinner, drinks or slopes. We had all the comforts of home. For those trying to navigate who should have which room, the loft room is bright first thing in the morning and the Condo itself is warm. We stayed in late March and kept heat off the entire time. Great space !

Cute remodeled condo in the heart of Breck

The place was cute. The temp. was manageable leaving the windows open all day. Watch for an email directly from them. I missed it since it wasn’t from Vrbo. If you use the elevator upon arrival, go through the building and outside a door to get to the unit from an exterior courtyard. Everything was clean, loft fun for kids. It was about mid-level as far as other properties we have stayed at. The mattresses were very uncomfortable but we still had fun. have visited. Theb
