For your trip to Breckenridge, do you want a) fantastic slope access or b) easy strolling distance to all the shops, restaurants and night life on Main Street? With this awesome condo, you can have both! Located at the corner of Park Avenue and Four O’Clock Road in downtown Breckenridge, Park Place Aspen Alley Condo is close to the lifts and just a one-block stroll to Main Street. You and your group can truly have it all!

Guests can ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to their condo. The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom end-unit condo is one of the largest units in the Park Place complex – it's the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to six. You can even ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to the condo! Inside, the living area features vaulted ceilings and large windows, giving the space a bright, open feel. You’ll also be impressed by the beautiful gas fireplace surrounded by stone and the private balcony. There’s also plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV/Blu-ray player for entertainment after a long day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances (including a gas range) as well as room for six at the dining table and three more at the breakfast bar.

You’ll love being just across the street from the free shuttle to take you around town in both the summer and winter! The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Great location - just a block from downtown. The condo was well appointed and very comfortable. Great communication with Property Management with check in and check out. Highly recommend a stay here.

Great location for family ski trip!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Park Place Breckenridge. The location was perfect.. close enough to the ski trails to ski back for lunch and the hit the slopes again and also a short walk to town. The layout of the condo was excellent with ample room for our teenagers to spread out. The heated tile floor in the bathroom was a nice surprise. The Summit Mountain staff was quick to respond to inquiries but did not resolve any of our issues. Parking instructions were unclear, household supplies were lacking and several minor issues were left unaddressed such as broken coffee maker, multiple burned out light bulbs, disconnected tv. They said they would deliver missing items, but never did.

Great Stay! Condo was beautiful. Clean but needed some deep cleaning to wood surfaces, artificial plants and metal light fixtures. The layout was perfect. 3 flights of stairs provided great exercise but were tough. All-in-All i would definitely rent again!

Great Summer Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Park Place in Breckenridge. Our family of four (kids age 9 and 12) stayed for a week at the end of June. The condo was very clean and an nicely decorated. We really appreciated the ample amount of towels provided and necessities like toilet paper and garbage bags. We were able to walk to the adorable Main Street for shopping, dinners, and ice cream. The pool and hot tubs are an easy walk from the condo. We would highly recommend staying at this condo!

Great condo in Breck!

We had a great stay. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was walking distance to restaurants, Snowflake lift and main street. The property staff was very responsive and gave us all the information we needed in advance. Would definitely return and highly recommend to others!

Great location and well appointed condo

We stayed with our two teenage children and it was perfect for us. Everything was walkable and the condo was the perfect place to relax after a busy day of hiking and sightseeing. If we had any questions we could easily reach Lauren and she helped us within minutes.

Enjoyed out stay! Too far to walk with boots to jump on lift but perfect for walking to town. Loved the location. The Condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so took it slow bringing items up to condo due to altitude. Rooms were nice, plenty of hot water, condo was clean, no complaints there. Only real complaint was the heat. We were roasting, turned thermostat down to 0 and still pumping heat so had to open sliders. Not many tall drinking glasses but plenty of wine and small juice glasses. If you plan on using the pull out couch, DON'T! The springs are sticking out and can not be slept on. This should not be advertised. All in all, great location and very comfortable, quiet at night and would stay there again.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at Park Place. The condo is spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Great location and could easily walk to shops and restaurants. Plenty of towels and great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The downside was outside noise at night- with no air conditioning the windows needed to be open and provided a lovely breeze, however there was noise each night with groups walking around and talking. The master bath was large but the vanity area was open to the hallway- would be nice to have a curtain for privacy. The extra bedroom set up with double doors and private bath was great.

Loved this property! My only complaint is if you are sleeping in the bedroom with the king-the bathroom isn’t very private. Some sort of a barn door would be great to separate the space.

Wonderful Location and Property!

My family of 5 stayed in this unit for a summertime visit to Breck and really enjoyed it. I would say my rating is 4.5 stars, but because of the fantastic location to Main Street and that they had 3 beds in the 2nd room for my kids I ended up giving them a 5. Unit is cozy and has all the amenities you need to get comfortable. There were a few little items I felt could be updated (broken window covering in a bedroom, kitchen needed more utensils/cups/no bbq tools), but I told the property management company and really hope the owner makes these small and inexpensive fixes that would bring this unit to a true 5 star rental. But overall I appreciated we had 2 bathrooms, a comfortable living room, the kitchen has been updated and how each room had privacy where someone could be up later watching tv or hanging out and bedrooms didn’t hear a peep. Just please note that there isn’t an elevator and it’s on the 3rd floor in case that’s an issue for you. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but there was one.

98 degrees and no air conditioning. The property was very poorly equipped . No coffee, pans for cooking were worn beyond useful. No condiments. Ritz Carlton rates for very poorly equipped room.
