    Le Tyra Summit A2B est un excellent choix pour les voyages d’été et d’été. Ce condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bain est situé au bord du sentier Four O'clock, à l’ouest de la rue Main, dans le quartier de Four O'clock. En été, profitez d'une promenade pittoresque de 15 minutes vers le quartier historique animé, rempli de nombreux magasins, restaurants et discothèques. Pour votre retour, nous vous conseillons de prendre notre navette saisonnière de porte à porte.

    Ce condo de montagne est fortement recommandé aux familles et vous apprécierez l'hébergement dans le vaste espace de vie ouvert qui comprend vos espaces de divertissement, de cuisine et de restauration.     La confortable chambre principale comprend un lit queen-size encastré dans une literie moelleuse, une télévision à écran plat 32 pouces, deux commodes pour ranger vos affaires et une salle de bains privative avec un combo douche / baignoire. La deuxième chambre offre un lit superposé complet, une chaise longue et deux commodes pour le rangement. Il y a une salle de bain partagée supplémentaire également avec un combo douche / baignoire. Y compris le grand canapé-lit dans le salon, ce condo peut accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes.

    En plus d'être dans un endroit idéal pour les pistes de ski, il y a une variété d'équipements qui font de ce condo une découverte incroyable, y compris Wi-Fi, laveuse et sécheuse privée, accès par ascenseur et parking souterrain pour 1 voiture. Vos vacances ne seraient pas complètes sans un séjour au clubhouse de l'établissement doté d'une piscine intérieure chauffée, d'un bain à remous intérieur et d'un bain à remous extérieur donnant sur le sentier de ski et de randonnée Four O'Clock. Il y a aussi une petite terrasse pour la cuisine en plein air qui comprend un gril à gaz commun, une table et des chaises.

We enjoyed our quiet stay at this mountain property. We could walk downhill to town, enjoy the shops and restaurants, and then retreat up to our place. Our spacious accommodations made our stay feel homey. The back slider doors led to a patio overlooking the mountains; a great place to sit and sip coffee and catch glimpses of wildlife. We would return to this property next time we go to Breck!

The condo was cute and cozy, plenty of space! Nice appliances and cute patio with great views!! Outdated bedding and pillows can use an update. Whoever was there prior to us definitely had a dog that peed in the master. They tried to clean as best as possible but once the sun hits the spot or it gets warm enough it has a damp smell. The trails are so great and the view is peaceful. Close to town and very quiet!

Excellent location! Ski down to snowflake lift (when there’s enough snow). Very spacious inside. Master bedroom mattress is extremely firm, not good for side sleepers but that’s personal preference. Elevator at the other end of building helps with luggage and ski equipments still two small sets of stairs it trudge to get to it. Overall excellent stay!

Check in was easy, the cooking pans were teflon and 2 of them were really scratched up so we couldn’t use them. I would suggest cast iron skillets. The drain in the main shower drained super slow it needs addressed for sure. Prob a ton of hair in there. Other than that it was great.

I stayed in the spring, first week of May during mother's day. Everything was clean, no issues with this. Plenty of sleeping space, bathrooms were good, kids lived there from. Flexible with leaving time, even though we ended up leaving early. My biggest issue was no hot tub and no grill as stated in the title and description. There was supposed to be an indoor hot tub and an outdoor hot tub. The indoor was drained and out of service. The outdoor tub was available, but it was only room temperature, not even 90. I bought steaks and burgers to grill for my family, but we had to pan fry them (not the end of the world) since there was no grill.All in all, I had no issues, communication was good and prompt and we were only there for 2 days. I would stay again, but I'd want to know the grill and hot tub were working.

Nice Place!

The unit was perfect, everything seemed to be pretty new and the pressure for the shower would almost blow your skin off, which isn’t a bad thing. The only complaint I would have is that you have to go outside of the parking garage around the building to the elevator, from there up to the second floor, at that point you have to walk up two sets of stairs. They have four steps each, that would be the only complaint I have and it’s not that bad.. easy access on and off the slopes, I would definitely stay here again!!

Pros: -Great location -underground parking -Washer/dryer -Full kitchen with pots and pants -Fireplace -Close to Main Street & grocery stores -Comfortable beds Cons: -Only enough hot water for one shower at a time. This was a hard issue to deal with. -Stove needs to be updated -Fridge has no shelves left in the door -No privacy between the two bedrooms. Walls between bedrooms are way too thin. -Bathrooms are pretty small and incredibly outdated

Great location but unit needs improvements

The location was great (ski in and ski out), we enjoyed the hot tubs on property, and management was responsive when we contacted them with a few issues but the unit is very outdated and cleaning supplies are scarce. The cloth on the sofas is peeling off, so very unappealing and uncomfortable, blinds to the balcony don't close properly, broken chair on the balcony, dishwasher extremely loud, kitchen is a hodge podge of plates, pans, dull knives, etc. And you need to plan to have most of your own cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper towels, kitchen storage (foil, plastic wrap, etc.) For the amount of money paid, I believe one would expect a nicer unit but I guess the location sells the unit and allows the owners to do very little to no improvements.

Better options for non-winter ski criteria

First, I assumed an elevator in listing meant not having to do stairs like we did :( One of us has bad knee and the access to elevator was a key choice. Truth is you park in garage and either walk 2 flights of stairs to unit level, or you walk out of garage (into outdoor elements) and curve around building to access elevator at just far end of building. That still requires a bit of walking from elevator to unit, including 2 sets of 5 steps. Ugh, not what I was going for to avoid stairs. Also, the actual unit is very outdated, only getting more so as reviews carry on over time. In fact, some wall hangings now missing from what was pictured in listing. Greedy investors anger me to collect rental income and do NO improvements to match what you pay for. Advice: start with simple remodel to both bathrooms. Fix screen door so bugs don't come in sizable gap. The walls are quite thin - hear plumbing in kitchen or adjoining bathroom from bedroom. Again, just outdated and unless you're okay with that for winter slope location/access, there are plenty of other better options for non-winter season. We booked very last minute so unfortunately just chose this as it was available providing 2 bathrooms and what I thought was a more convenient practical elevator situation. Will compliment the cleaning staff - my husband said "this is the cleanest, oldest place I've been in!" Know the bar is lower for winter rentals in a ski town, that doesn't excuse the low standard of the property owner.

It is above the snowflake lift so you just ski down four o’clock from the house and walk across the street to the snowflake lift. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook for a large family for a week. Great indoor pool and hot tub and an outdoor hot tub looking over four o clock run. I would rent here again in a heartbeat.

Summer long weekend get away

We were looking for somewhere that wasn't 100° in the summer and Breckenridge was a great choice. The property was a little out of the way from downtown which would have been more nice during these summer months but we made it work. Property felt older and outdated and some things were frustrating but overall a great experience still. Our 3 year old loved how close we were to the pool and we went more than once every day!

Breckenridge Summer Weekend

Pros: Great location- (during winter this is ski in/ski out location) Great Communication and easy to follow directions Spacious bedrooms and living/kitchen area Small balcony with beautiful view of mountains (we saw a moose with her baby) Cons: Check in/Check out process requires a trip to Management office downtown Condo could use some updates- beds are very uncomfortable and bathrooms have a ‘motel’ feel

Great for the price

The location was fantastic. Everything was as listed, and very clean. The only think you improve on is that there was only about 6 minutes of hot water at a time. I didn’t have time to contact management about it, but i has the feeling they would have looked into it if i has. I would book again.
